We have developed three methodologies (brandspace) to understand client DNA. These tools give us a complete understanding of client needs and perspectives, so it´s easier for us to design from the bases and then jump to innovative solutions. Solutions like daylight, exterior views, casual collisions, and thematic areas provoke a relation between the user and the space, so the architectural experience can be complete.
Innovative tile geometry (hexagon) gave us a distinctive look and feel of the space, very related with design concept developed in the project. Spots of movement and color were exceptionally added to the project with the carpet. Large concrete floor corridors are interrupted with islands of carpet adding a fresh look to circulations.
